Ticketing Policy


There are no ticket refunds for any reason. Exchanges for Mainstage Operas are available to Season Subscribers only. There are no refunds or exchanges for Family Series or Premier Series performances. Dates and venues are subject to change. We reserve the right to substitute seats of equal value. For performances with high demand, we implement on-demand pricing. Prices may not reflect printed material pricing.

At the Palladium Box Office 30 minutes prior to curtain on a first-come, first-serve basis.

> Limit one (1) ticket per individual
> Valid school-issued ID required
> Based on availability
>Cash payments only
> Seats chosen by Box Office


Donate My Ticket


If you cannot attend a performance or event, you can donate your ticket back to St. Pete Opera. Your ticket will be re-sold and the ticket's value will be donated to SPO.

> Donations must be made prior to the scheduled performance or event and cannot be arranged afterward.
> Call SPO at 727-823-2040 to arrange for the ticket donation.
> For ticket donations of $25 or more, a tax deduction receipt will be sent.
